Business State DirectorThe primary responsibility of this role is to manage and direct the business operations for a designated state. The Business State Director will be responsible for guiding and facilitating cluster and area managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective state.Revenue ManagementEnsure overall revenue targets are met for the state on a monthly basis by formulating and executing strategies to increase revenue from various sources.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)State Revenue GrowthBranch ProfitabilityResponsibilities:Manage secured business loans for the designated state.Guide and facilitate cluster and area managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective state.Formulate sales, distribution, and disbursement strategies for the state.Conduct regular reviews of all cases in the assigned region to ensure right sourcing and customer satisfaction.Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues and generate revenue from untapped markets.Launch new products for generating new business post consultation with respective business heads.Initiate branch network expansion through network planning and identifying potential markets.Requirements:Proven track record of success in managing business operations and driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership and management skills.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
