Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall collection and recovery operations for the entire AP state.
  • Lead and support all branch teams including Managers, Team Leaders, Telecallers, and Field Executives.
  • Ensure monthly collection targets are achieved on time.
  • Handle client coordination, meetings, and daily updates.
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure all work is done as per company policies and client guidelines.
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to management.
  • Resolve escalations, customer complaints, and operational issues.
  • Support in hiring and training staff for the state.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.
  • DRA Certified is mandetory & also should should have good Cibil report
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of field and tele calling collection processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
