US Accounting Financial Expert

About This Role:We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to lead our US accounting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes for US-based clients, including financial statement preparation and compliance with relevant regulations.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Financial Statement Management: Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual closing under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of accountants, allocating work, conducting performance reviews, and providing training opportunities.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to US accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Financial Analysis: Prepare, review, and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, providing insights to support financial planning and forecasting processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and other teams to ensure timely filings and audits, supporting system implementations and automation initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency.About Our Ideal Candidate:We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in US GAAP, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
