Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned recruitment professional with experience in sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end hiring processes for various business areas, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, and closing.Analyse data to inform hiring decisions and provide actionable insights to managers.Manage scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to deliver a seamless candidate experience.BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND STAKEHOLDERS.Develop creative and strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent.Foster a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in the recruitment process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field within an enterprise organisation.Demonstrated expertise in the Telco and Networks industry, including knowledge of the market and motivation drivers.Proven ability to manage searches from start to finish while handling coordination tasks effectively.Excellent LinkedIn skills and comfort with direct outreach and talent mapping.PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE IN ENGINEERING, PRODUCT, OR DATA ROLES.Superb organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and growth opportunities.About the Role:This is a hybrid role requiring some office time, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
