About the Job:
As a Cluster Manager at Awfis Space Solutions Ltd, you will oversee multiple facilities across Pune, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will be instrumental in driving process excellence, team development, and revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee operations across multiple centers, ensuring 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Customer Experience: Drive exceptional customer service and process excellence, aiming to exceed member expectations.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop team members according to company standards and processes.
Revenue Management: Responsible for alliances and partnerships, driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
Community Engagement: Motivate the community team to deliver the highest service standards, minimize attrition, and foster Awfis culture.
Sales Targets: Prepare and achieve sales targets while maintaining strict health, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and security protocols.
Event Management: Initiate, collaborate, and manage events for member engagement and education.

Role in Team Preparation:
Induction: Comprehensive training on Awfis SOPs, business-specific processes, and center layouts.
Exposure: Scheduled exposure to all subgroups within the Operations Department to understand key focus areas.
Guidelines: Detailed guidelines on pre-opening processes and operational standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Customer Service: Exemplary customer service skills with a proven track record.
Personality: Extroverted, aware, and keenly interested in current affairs.
Team Player: Inherent team-player skills with a passion for people training and development.
Leadership: Strong leader with expertise in relationship management, operations, and cost & revenue management.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Process Execution: Strong belief in and experience with process execution.
Growth-Oriented: Ambition and drive to continuously upgrade skills and knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years, with at least 2 years at one organization.
Revenue Management: Managed an annual revenue of at least 75 million INR.
Previous Roles: Experience as a Cluster Manager or Area Manager handling city-wide operations in the last 2 years.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent presentation, and communication skills.
Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred.
Language: Familiarity with the local language is a plus.
Community Involvement: Participation in community service clubs or focused groups is preferred.
