Role Overview:

- This position is a full-time on-site role within the Private Wealth Group, serving as either a Wealth Manager for individual Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients or as a Cluster Manager overseeing both a team and individual UHNI clients.

- The primary responsibility is to deliver personalized wealth management solutions, encompassing financial planning, investment management, and strategic advice tailored to clients' financial goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:


- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients' objectives, considering their wealth, assets, and long-term financial goals.

Investment Management:


- Offer expert guidance on investment opportunities, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.

Insurance Advisory:


- Advise clients on insurance products and solutions suitable for protecting and enhancing their wealth portfolios.

Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNI clients, understanding their preferences and providing proactive financial advice and solutions.

Team Leadership (for Cluster Manager):


- If in a Cluster Manager role, lead a team of Wealth Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and solutions.

Communication and Presentation:


- Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex financial concepts and strategies to clients and Expertise:


- Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and finance, with a deep understanding of wealth management principles and practices.

Analytical Skills:


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex financial situations and recommend appropriate strategies.

Communication Skills:


- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and presenting financial strategies effectively.

Relationship Management:


- Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships, demonstrating empathy, trustworthiness, and Preferred certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), demonstrating advanced knowledge and commitment to the A Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid academic foundation in financial principles
