SAP Inhouse Consultant Output Management

We are looking for an experienced Inhouse consultant for output management. As an SAP In house Consultant you will be part of our global SAP Team, supporting, developing, and rolling out our global SAP S/4 HANA template. As our new consultant your tasks will include: Collaborate with business stakeholders (GPEs, GPOs) to gather and align requirements for new forms, including their creation, design, and standardization (forms, layouts, labels, and plates). Lead the design and implementation of output management architectures across the organisation Develop and enforce global guidelines and best practices for form and label creation within an international corporate environment Integrate SAP Output Management into the existing SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless interaction with external systems (e.g., OpenText, email services, print systems). Consolidate and standardize forms through abstraction and harmonization strategies to improve efficiency and consistencies. Maintain an overall view of all forms, label and output (form landscape) Configure output types, condition records, and manage document generation rules for both print and digital outputs Ensure robust error handling, logging, and high availability of output processes. Drive structured change management processes for updates and enhacements in the output management landscape Establish scalable and reliable output architectures within global corporate strucures Test form changes thoroughlty and ensure system stability and process availability Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure high quality deliverables Actively contribute to the new output management project and working closely with the project team We are looking for a profile with: At least 8-15 years of experience in several projects in delivering in form development and layout design for both printed and digital outputs. Deep understanding of output processes such as printing, emailing, archiving and workflow integration ABAP skills to integrate Adobe Forms with SAP modules, ensuring seamless functionality and data exchange. Adobe Forms Design and Development: Design, create, and customize Adobe Forms templates and layouts based on business requirements and brand guidelines. Develop interactive and dynamic forms incorporating Adobe LiveCycle Designer or SAP Smart Forms technology. Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with functional teams to integrate Adobe Forms with other SAP modules, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Optimize form performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved user experience. User Training and Support : Provide training sessions and technical support to end-users on using and managing Adobe Forms within the SAP environment. Create documentation and user guides to facilitate efficient usage and troubleshooting of Adobe Forms. Documentation and Compliance : Maintain comprehensive documentation of Adobe Form designs, configurations, and development processes for audit and reference purposes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Adobe Form development and deployment. A degree in (business) informatics, computer science or another IT related education Excellent English communication skills (working language is English) is a must – Business fluent German language skills is a plus Ideally you have experience with SAP from an engineering industry, preferably from an international organization Excellent analytical skills and able to work independently and Intercultural understanding
