SAP S/4HANA Adobe Forms / Output Management Specialist We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Developer with strong Adobe Forms expertise to modernize and manage enterprise output solutions. The role focuses on transitioning from traditional SAP ECC form development to S/4HANA’s fragment-based, Fiori-driven approach , while supporting both print and interactive document scenarios. Role Overview Design, enhance, and maintain Adobe Forms for S/4HANA using Adobe LiveCycle Designer (LCD) and Adobe Forms (SFP) . Lead the shift towards fragment-based forms , leveraging SAP Fiori apps such as Maintain Form Templates . Implement and support Output Management frameworks for form determination and processing. Develop and expose form data via OData/Gateway Services , ensuring clean separation of layout and data. Extend and decouple complex scenarios using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) where required. Key Technologies & Concepts Adobe Forms (Interactive Forms by Adobe) – On-premise and S/4HANA environments Fragment-Based Forms – Master (layout) and Content (data) templates SAP Fiori / UI5 – Form maintenance and modern UX Output Management – Form determination, channels, and processing rules SAP BTP – Cloud-based extensions and advanced use cases Required Skills SAP ABAP – Data extraction, custom logic, and integrations Adobe LiveCycle Designer (LCD) – Layout design and scripting JavaScript & FormCalc – Dynamic form behavior OData / SAP Gateway – Data exposure for forms SAP Fiori / UI5 – Understanding modern SAP UX concepts Output Management Configuration – Rules, channels, and form control Key Differences from SAP ECC Shift away from direct SFP editing toward Fiori-based form maintenance Clear data vs. layout separation for reuse and scalability Cloud-first mindset , emphasizing decoupled and stable extensions (BTP) Typical Responsibilities Customize standard SAP forms to meet corporate branding and business needs Develop and maintain OData services for form data Create and enhance forms using Fiori apps and Adobe LCD Analyze and resolve Output Management and form rendering issues
