Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in Sales and proven skills in client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. This role is ideal for a driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, develop and execute effective outreach strategies to bring in new business, focusing on digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through proactive communication, including calls, meetings, and presentations, to understand their marketing needs.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop customized digital marketing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audience behaviors to uncover business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Create, manage, and optimize lead generation channels to continuously fill the sales pipeline with quality leads.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations to close deals successfully, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., account management, project management) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to management.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, specifically within a digital marketing agency or company, with a focus on client acquisition.
- Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and acquiring high-value clients.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a strategic approach to closing deals and handling objections.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
