Getronics seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including Catalog Items, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Service Portal widgets.• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.• Develop and maintain AngularJS based Service Portal components and integrations.• Implement and optimize ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Request Management.• Configure and manage SLA definitions and workflows to ensure compliance with business requirements.• Work on Workspace Service Delivery module to enhance user experience and streamline service delivery.• Integrate ServiceNow with third party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using workflows, orchestration, and scripting.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.• Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and defects in a timely manner.• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.• Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and solutions.
