As a seasoned professional in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple building-level projects simultaneously. Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects.You will work closely with internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders to coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.To be successful in this role, you will need to investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.In addition to your technical expertise, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for scheduling and conducting project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and providing clear reporting on project milestones.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Information Gathering: Collect and organize all project-related information.Utility Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Stakeholder Management: Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Client Communication: Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Research & Solution Development: Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Prioritisation & Organisation: Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in project management or operations.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data, familiarity with Python or APIs is a strong plus.
