Job RoleThe Integrated Producer is a crucial role that oversees the orchestration of people, process, and technology to bring creative ideas to life across various formats and channels.This hybrid position combines operational expertise, production management, and governance. The Integrated Producer partners with onshore account managers, creative directors, and studio leads to execute briefs with precision, speed, and creative integrity.Project Ownership:Serves as single point of accountability for assigned jobs or workstreams – overseeing planning, execution, and final delivery.Translates creative briefs into executable production workflows with clear dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.Manages multi-channel creative work – including HTML5 banners, motion graphics, print adaptations, digital assets, video edits, landing pages, and interactive media.Ensures creative quality, operational efficiency, and cost discipline across all deliverables.Key Requirements8–14 years of experience in creative production, advertising operations, or integrated project management, preferably in a global or multi-market setup.Proven ability to manage digital and motion-based deliverables alongside traditional print adaptation.Working knowledge of creative tools, file types, production workflows, and quality control standards.Exceptional organizational and communication skills – able to translate technical details into actionable plans.Strong stakeholder management; experience working with global teams and tight delivery timelines.Analytical mindset with ability to forecast effort, manage scope, and monitor KPIs (On-Time Delivery, First-Time-Right, Utilization).Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.About This RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a challenging and dynamic role that combines creative vision with operational expertise.This job requires exceptional leadership and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery of creative projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.A passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence will make you thrive in this role.
