Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.The Senior Manager will lead and manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within our Shared Services Centre. Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing AP and AR teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.Defining and implementing process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls.Collaborating with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.Driving automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Accounts Payable (AP)The Senior Manager will oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with Indian tax and regulatory requirements. This includes:Oversighting invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with Indian tax and regulatory requirements.Ensuring timely vendor reconciliations and resolution of disputes.Monitoring AP aging and managing payment cycles to optimize working capital.Accounts Receivable (AR)The Senior Manager will supervise collections, cash application processes, and ensure accurate account reconciliations. This includes:Ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Supporting statutory and internal audits with required documentation and analysis.Preparing and presenting periodic reports on AP/AR performance, aging, and risk areas.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:A CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.8–12 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in a shared services or multinational environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools.Familiarity with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and global accounting standards.Experience in Shared Service centres overseas is an added advantage.],
