User Acquisition Manager RoleWe are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager to lead paid social advertising initiatives for our mobile games on Meta, TikTok, and Snap. This role involves developing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.Paid Social Strategy & Execution:Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to acquire high-value players.Manage AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns with a focus on ROAS, retention metrics, and LTV-based optimization.Key Responsibilities:Paid Social Campaign Management: Develop and execute paid social campaign strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on acquiring high-value players.Creative Testing & Collaboration: Design and run structured creative testing frameworks to identify winning themes and gameplay elements, collaborate with creative teams to brief concepts, manage production cycles, and ensure delivery of performance-ready creatives.Analytics & Performance Management: Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics to diagnose fluctuations and identify optimization opportunities, build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or games.Skillset: Proven success managing AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns, strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation.
