If you're passionate about mentoring recruiters, streamlining staffing processes, and driving excellence in State & Government contract hiring, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled recruitment trainer who can build recruiter capabilities across State client programs, ensure process excellence, compliance, and consistent performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead onboarding and process training for recruiters focused on State and Federal client hiringDesign and deliver training modules covering US Staffing lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2), RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring, Compliance protocols (E-Verify, Background Checks, NDAs, etc.), US Tax Terms & Visa Types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD)Conduct refresher sessions on compliance, communication, and client-specific processesStandardize hiring practices for State clients and align with client SLAsMonitor performance metrics and generate data-driven reports to track progressWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent5+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2 years in training or leadership roles focused on State/Government staffingDeep understanding of public-sector recruitment, compliance policies, and VMS/MSP environmentsProficiency in ATS platforms (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) and major job boardsExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skillsProven ability to create engaging training content and deliver impactful sessions (onsite & virtual)Why Join Us?You'll have the opportunity to train and shape high-performing recruitment teams, drive organizational growth through quality-driven staffing, and thrive in a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
