Fulfill Your Digital PotentialMEDIT offers a global digital dentistry platform based on its own patented state-of-the-art technology.With over 47,000 units installed across 101 countries, MEDIT is moving towards becoming the most innovative pioneer in digital dentistry.We are seeking a skilled CX Specialist to provide technical and customer support for our products.Key Responsibilities:Handle service tickets via email, live chat, remote support, and phone calls for assigned regions (India, Southeast Asia, CIS)Process English tickets from CIS, India, and Southeast Asia regions.Support dental events and visits to local dealersCreate and update troubleshooting guidesMonitor and respond to inquiries on social media platformsRequirements:Experience using ZendeskExperience with SAP ERP systemsBasic understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware, with troubleshooting abilitiesExperience in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or the dental industryOver 3 years of experience in a B2B business environmentPreferred Qualifications:A degree in dentistry (including dental hygiene and dental technology)Work experience in relevant industriesProficient in SAPWork Arrangements:Remote work opportunities availableSelection Process:CV Screening > Screening Call > 1st Interview > 2nd Interview > Salary Negotiation > OnboardWe encourage applicants to submit their CVs as soon as possible.
