About the RoleWe are looking for a CAE/CAX Developer with strong hands-on experience in CAD/CAE design, automation, and customization using tools like CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansys, Nastran, LS-Dyna, and scripting languages. This role involves developing automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting engineering applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize CAD/CAE applications using CAA, CATScript, NX Open, TCL-TK, PCL, Ansys APDL.Automate design workflows and integrate with PLM systems.Troubleshoot and resolve engineering application issues; ensure SLA adherence.Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain CAD/CAE environments.Work on Agile methodology and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Required SkillsStrong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansys).Proficiency in CAA, CATScript, NX Open, TCL-TK, PCL, VB.Net, C#, C++.Knowledge of Agile methodology and cloud platforms.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5–12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.Please note: These positions are not fully remote. Selected candidates will be required to work from an Infosys office near their current location.
