Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to manage and process union payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Payroll Management: Oversee the processing of union worker wages in accordance with prevailing wage laws and California union agreements.Benefits Administration: Track, calculate, and reconcile union benefits, pension contributions, health insurance, and other deductions.Compliance & Reporting: Maintain adherence to certified payroll reporting requirements (Davis-Bacon Act) and California labor laws.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices related to labor costs and track payments to workers and benefits providers.Financial Record-Keeping: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in payroll-related accounts.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and assist in audits related to union labor costs.Software Utilization: Leverage QuickBooks, Yardi, or payroll software for accurate record-keeping and reporting.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:Expertise in union payroll processing and benefits administration.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
