JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition / Grade :Senior Manager - Mobility Supply Development (North and East)Department, Function : Mobility Service OperationsLocation : DelhiReports to (Position) : Head - Mobility Service DeliveryJob Summary(The primary purpose or objectivesand an overall description of theposition):This role will be responsible for building and operationalizing therepair supply pipeline in the assigned geography.The role includes optimizing the repair network and routing,enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation to buildnew operational strategies and working models to meet evolvingbusiness needs.List The Duties and Responsibilities(That are significant in achieving theobjectives of the job)This would entail the entire gamut of responsibilities from: Continuously monitoring current repair network to analyseperformance trends and pre-empt opportunities forstrengthening Enhancing the repair capability either by elevating the existingpartners or developing new partners who can bridge the gapsand provide next level of performance Leading discussions, negotiations and necessary paperwork toonboard the partners Work on operationalizing the partners through pilot period todeliver intended performance. Managing the partner relationship through effectiveengagement and interventionsThe measures of success for this role will be to build Reliable partner ecosystem (meeting our speed, cost andquality standards) Regional fulfillment capability to optimize TATExperience Required(Minimum relevant or equivalentindustry experience required Pleasealso state what might be desirous /advantageous)Min 8-10 years of full-time experience working with leadingmobile OEMS in the service function Out of which minimum 5-6 years of experience should be ofworking on building and scaling repair partner networks Proven experience in repair network design and optimization Hands-on experience in building or managing repair operations(e.g. managing call loads, service levels and customerexperience) will be desirable Demonstrated success in leading innovations that improvedspeed, cost-efficiency, or customer satisfaction.OneAssist Hiring Doc_JD Page 2 of 2Academia(The minimum / critical qualificationsyou deem necessary for this profile.)Bachelor's Degree Master's degree/diploma specializing in Supply Chain/Operations Management preferredPersonal AttributesStrong customer-centric mindset Strategic thinker with ability to innovate within operationaland resource constraints Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Process-oriented problem solver Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Strong planning and execution capabilities. Highly analytical and data-driven with eye for details Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, AWS Team leadership and mentoring abilities.
