Position Senior Manager - Supply Chain Location Bengaluru Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to join our Supply Chain Operations team, leading operations and managing all shipment movements — domestic, import, and export. The role involves setting up and overseeing end-to-end supply chains, including logistics, documentation, and stakeholder management. Qualifications: Graduate with 4+ years of experience in the Supply Chain, logistics, or operations with demonstrated leadership responsibilities, preferably chemical Industry Proven track record managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory Strong skills in strategic planning, process optimization, and project management Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience driving operational improvement and leading cross-functional teams In-depth understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and global markets. Handled domestic, import, and export shipments via Road, Sea & Air Proven ability to deliver cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustainable supply chain practices Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with business objectives Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, sales, operations) to optimize processes and ensure alignment Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and support business growth Analyze supply chain data and KPIs, generate actionable insights, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including disruptions and regulatory compliance Ensure all processes comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Mentor and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Why join us ?
