Senior Finance Systems Specialist

As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead and support financial process optimization, system configuration, and end-user enablement in Oracle ERP.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirements for optimal results.Maintain and configure Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, to ensure seamless transactions.Translate business processes into actionable Oracle functionalities, driving efficiency and productivity.Develop comprehensive functional specification documents and configuration workbooks, serving as blueprints for success.Oversee data conversions and own all finance-related objects, ensuring accuracy and integrity.Coordinate with technical teams on integrations to foster a cohesive and effective solution.Conduct rigorous system testing and user acceptance testing to validate functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Requirements:7+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Finance Consultant.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and standards.Experience with advanced financial reporting tools, driving insights and informed decision-making.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable plans.Why This Role MattersThis position plays a critical role in shaping our organization's financial infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and driving strategic growth.
