Hiring: Infra Engineer (Linux/Windows – Incident & Event Management)📍 Location: Bangalore🕒 Shift: 24×7 Rotational🏢 Function: Lenovo – SAP Managed ServicesRole OverviewWe are looking for an Infra Engineer to proactively monitor and manage infrastructure-level alerts and incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of SAP landscapes hosted on Azure and AWS. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor infrastructure alerts (CPU, memory, disk, network) using Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Zabbix.Validate, troubleshoot, and escalate critical alerts to SMEs within defined SLAs.Perform OS-level troubleshooting and service restarts for Windows & Linux (SLES/RHEL) servers.Coordinate with Cloud/Platform teams for VM restoration, scaling, and resource optimization.Review logs, identify anomalies, and support incident investigations.Execute patching and OS updates as per maintenance schedules.Maintain configuration, capacity, and availability dashboards.Contribute to DR drills, post-incident reviews, and RCA preparation. Core Technical SkillsWindows & Linux Server Administration (SLES/RHEL)Azure: VMs, Storage, Load Balancers, NSGsAWS: EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ZabbixAutomation using Bash / PowerShell Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft AZ-104AWS SysOps Administrator – AssociateExperience & Competencies3–8 years of experience in infrastructure support within a managed services environmentStrong collaboration with Basis, DB, and Cloud teamsCustomer-first mindset with a focus on minimizing infra-related downtimeKey Performance IndicatorsInfrastructure uptimeAlert response & resolution timeChange success rate
