Job Title:Product Lead for Loan PortfolioAbout the Role:The Product Lead is responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and strategy of our Loan Portfolio product. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with business objectives, risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.Create and execute a comprehensive product plan that prioritizes high-value features and functionalities.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, delivery teams, credit risk units, legal departments, and client banks.Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.This role demands a deep understanding of financial software platforms, decision engines, and integration patterns. Experience in collections systems, credit risk management, and debt management is essential. Additionally, prior exposure to enterprise banking products on loan portfolios is mandatory.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, business, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and integration patterns.Prior exposure to enterprise banking products on loan portfolios.Benefits:This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth through innovative product solutions.
