Job Title: Advanced Imaging Technology ExpertThis position involves leading cutting-edge research and development of CMOS Image Sensor technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a high-functioning team, developing and transferring new technologies to production, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and transfer CMOS Image Sensor technologies on various nodes from 28nm-180nm to production.- Collaborate with business and product teams to create financial justifications for projects.- Manage project phase gates and optimize technology parameters.- Design and layout test chips for device/technology optimization, reliability assessment, and SPICE model extraction.- Assist in SPICE model and design kit creation.- Maintain core CMOS transistor performance for 3T/4T pixels and array designs.- Work with designers to spec competitive arrays.- Interface closely with customers throughout the technology development cycle.Required Qualifications:- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent.- Strong understanding of CMOS and eNVM device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, and analytical techniques.- Proven leadership qualities in creating, managing, and motivating technical teams.- Deep understanding of CMOS Image Sensor technologies and process modules.- Familiarity with color filter coatings and ability to work in cross-functional teams.- Ability to deliver technologies into volume manufacturing within timeline and cost targets.Desired Experience Level:- 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in image sensor fields.- Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high-volume production.- Excellent problem-solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools.What We Offer:- Opportunity to lead groundbreaking research and development projects.- Collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams globally.- Professional growth and development opportunities.About Us:We are a global leader in the semiconductor industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve people's lives.
