About us:We're a cutting-edge AI security platform that empowers enterprises to adopt AI responsibly.Job OverviewDevelop robust, high-performance services in the request/response path using Python/FastAPI with low latency and reliability.Model Development: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models for classification, ranking, and anomaly detection; enhance accuracy through solid feature engineering and error analysis.Efficiency & Reliability: Profile and optimize inference (CPU/GPU), utilize batching/quantization/ONNX where beneficial, and maintain latency within service level objectives (SLOs).Pipelines & Data: Establish robust data/ML pipelines for training and inference (Python + SQL), featuring versioned datasets, deterministic preprocessing, and schema validation.Experimentation: Design fair comparisons, select metrics (AUC/F1/PR-AUC/MAE), conduct ablations, and document decisions; automate tracking with MLflow/W&B.MLOps: Package and deploy models/services using Docker and FastAPI; incorporate health checks, logging/metrics, and CI/CD.Monitoring: Implement drift/performance monitoring, alerting, and shadow→enforce rollouts with safe rollback paths.Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with backend/product teams to integrate models; craft clear READMEs, design notes, and runbooks.
