Drive Innovation in Agentic AI for Real Estate & ConstructionThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving the design, deployment and continuous improvement of agentic AI applications in real estate and construction.We are looking for a talented engineer who can own the full lifecycle of agent frameworks, including toolchain architecture, prompt engineering, data integration, and observability, ensuring production-grade AI agents.Key Responsibilities:Agent Architecture & Orchestration: Design and implement agent pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, etc.Prompt Engineering & Feedback Loops: Develop and optimize domain-specific prompt templates and build user-feedback pipelines to retrain, fine-tune and adjust agent behavior.Secure Deployments: Containerize and deploy LLMs securely on cloud environments and manage CI/CD pipelines and environment provisioning.Observability & Evaluations: Monitor agent performance, latency, failures and error handling, and implement evaluation frameworks and track metrics over time.Collaboration: Work closely with backend and data engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.Requirements:4-7 years in Data Science / ML Engineering (including computer vision), with 12+ months of LLM production experience.Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks; LangGraph experience preferred.Strong prompt engineering skills in complex, domain-specific contexts.Proven experience deploying models securely in cloud environments.Familiarity with containerization and serverless computing.Benefits:A fast-growing, revenue-generating proptech startup with real-world enterprise production use cases.Remote-first work environment with quarterly meet-ups.Exposure to multiple markets and diverse clients.About Us:We are an early-stage startup that values innovation and impact.
