Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:
•       Develops a digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
•       Create and implement a content strategy for PPC/Google Ad Words, Word Press, and all Social Media platforms, websites, blogs, etc.
•       Setting up and managing paid campaigns on various ad platforms and other online channels
•       Work with Graphic Designers to create and execute compelling and creative content Incorporate trending topics as well as marketing initiatives into all social platforms
•       Working on SEO, SEM, and SMO
•       Respond to user reviews and emails
•       Performance Tracking, reporting, and analysis

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of PPC, and social media marketing.
Knowledge of PHP, WordPress, and HTML is preferred.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
Prior agency experience is preferred.
