Healthcare Data Strategy ExecutiveThis role involves spearheading the development and scaling of data practices for healthcare clients, encompassing payer and provider organizations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in building data practices from scratch with a strong background in healthcare technology.Develop and scale data practice including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growthMeet annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansionEstablish data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environmentsCreate standardized methodologies and tools that differentiate servicesDrive business development and manage P&L for practiceThe ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including expertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousing, as well as proficiency in BI tools and cloud platforms. They will also possess deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payer and provider operations, healthcare analytics use cases, and compliance requirements.Additionally, the successful candidate will be an effective team leader and communicator, able to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data strategy to drive business growth and improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and resultsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and recommendations
