Foster collaboration with stakeholders to drive organizational objectives.Lead Trainer of Trainers (ToT) and Quality Assurance initiatives.Deliver Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs to ensure exceptional facilitation skills.Provide coaching and mentoring support to team members.Ensure quality control and adherence to best practices.Drive cultural competence and proficiency standardization throughout the organization.This role demands a profound understanding of French language and culture. The ideal candidate will possess native or near-native fluency, with a C1 certification in French (CEFR).
