Job Title:Paid Media SpecialistJob Description:Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and retargeting/display platforms to drive business growth.Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing B2B campaigns targeting US or international markets, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and retargeting/display networks.Responsibilities include planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve cost-per-lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets.Tailor audience targeting strategies to US B2B buyer personas through persona research and segmentation, create effective ad copy and brief design teams for creative assets using generative AI tools where appropriate.Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards, monitor budgets, forecast spend, manage pacing, and make allocation decisions to maximize return on investment (ROI).Generate insights, optimizations, and recommendations by analyzing performance data, plan and execute landing page strategies and A/B testing for conversion rate optimization (CRO).C Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed for media buying, creative, or analytics support.Requirements:5–8 years of experience in digital marketing with 3+ years focused on paid media strategy and executionProven track record managing B2B campaigns targeting US or international marketsExpertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and retargeting/display networksWhat We Offer:A challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and professional development.A collaborative work environment that values innovation and creativity.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
