Optimization StrategistA senior optimization strategist is required to create and implement an optimization roadmap that aligns with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in A/B testing, including at least 1-2 years as a developer building custom codes, JavaScripts, and tag elements. They should also have 2+ years of experience designing, running, and reporting on multivariate and A/B tests, as well as 2+ years of experience using Adobe Target or Optimizely for delivering dynamic and personalized site experiences.Key skills include proficiency in Adobe Target and Optimizely, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to identify key testing areas, evaluate data from various sources, and build ad hoc reports to convey insight.Stakeholder management skills are also essential, including working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into testing use cases. Efficient stakeholder expectation management and defining KPIs and metrics are also required.Additional requirements include proficiency in Looker/Power BI/Tableau, subject matter expertise in Web and AdTech stack – GA 4/Omniture and DCM etc., and the ability to monitor industry trends and suggest process improvements within the optimization workflow.Continuous improvement is also crucial, including proactively enhancing testing methodologies, interpreting data, and deriving meaningful insights. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.As an optimization strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute optimization plans that drive business growth.
