Customer Experience ChampionThis is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer support and drive business growth.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with empathy and professionalism.Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.Handling customer complaints with poise and discretion.Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems to higher support levels as needed.Following up with customers to ensure complete resolution and resolve any outstanding concerns.Assisting customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and account updates with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems to inform business decisions.Logging all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Preparing daily or weekly summaries of customer concerns and trends to inform strategic planning.Staying updated on product features, updates, and company policies to provide expert guidance to customers.Educating customers on how to use products or services effectively through clear and concise communication.Collaborating closely with sales, technical support, and operations teams to achieve common goals.Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
