Business Development Coordinator supports in planning, execution, and growth of business initiatives. The BDC will play a critical role in program design, marketing material preparation, lead generation, and client engagement, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to drive company growth and success.Responsibilities :● Program Designing : Collaborate with the Business Development team toconceptualize and design programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.● Marketing Material Preparation : Develop and coordinate the creation ofpromotional materials for various business initiatives, ensuring consistent messagingand branding.● Program Chart Preparation : Organize and maintain comprehensive program charts,timelines, and key milestones for smooth project execution.● Lead Generation (Field Invitation) : Assist in identifying potential business leadsand inviting key stakeholders to participate in events, programs, or meetings.● Client Engagement : Maintain and develop positive client relationships, ensuring astrong pipeline for potential business opportunities.● Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales,and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business developmentinitiatives.● Reporting : Prepare regular reports on program progress, lead generation, and overallbusiness development performance for management review.Skills :● Strong verbal and written communication skills.● Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.● Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.● Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Qualifications :● Degree in any fieldEligibility :● Age upto 25 years● Preferring candidates from Idukki● Have driving licenseJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offProvident FundLanguage:English (Required)Work Location: In person
