Job Title: Data Analysis LeadAbout This RoleThis position involves leading statistical analysis and programming efforts, ensuring high-quality outputs meet project requirements.Main Responsibilities:Generate summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets using SAS or other software as specified in the statistical analysis plan and programming specifications.Evaluate and validate output to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and findings during validation programming.Develop specifications for datasets and outputs according to statistical and Sponsor requirements.Anticipate potential programming issues, establish efficient programming practices, and accurately define variables for peer review and sponsor/requestor with minimal rework.Maintain organized project documentation, verification/quality control documents, and programs ensuring inspection readiness.Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects, setting priorities based on management's guidance and adapting to timeline or priority changes by reorganizing daily workload.Key SkillsTechnical Skills: Proficient in SAS, programming languages, and related software tools.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.What We OfferA dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
