Job Summary:The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role bridges the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and users, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's goals.Key Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.Conduct market research , competitor analysis , and user feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, and sales — to deliver high-quality products.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories .Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle , from concept to launch and post-release optimization.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-centered design experience.Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product value to internal and external stakeholders.Continuously analyze product performance, gather insights, and iterate to improve user satisfaction and engagement.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).Excellent analytical , strategic thinking , and decision-making abilities.Proven ability to translate customer and market needs into successful product features.Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Aha, Productboard).Strong technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams.Exceptional communication , presentation , and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Education & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of managing successful product launches.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certification are a plus.
