As a Validation Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.About the Role:Job Summary:The Validation Lead will be responsible for validating drawings, BOQs, and site measurements to ensure that they are accurate and complete. This includes reviewing and verifying quantities of each line item in the BOQ, identifying design discrepancies, and foreseeing execution risks. You'll also work closely with our vendors and contractors to finalize BOQs and provide error-free validation reports within specified SLAs.Responsibilities:Validate drawings, BOQs, and site measurements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Review and verify quantities of each line item in the BOQ.Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.Finalize BOQs after clarifying design discrepancies and conducting thorough validations at site.Provide error-free validation reports within specified SLAs.Requirements:Diploma/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.3+ years of contracting experience (1 year execution + 2 years QS) in residential/commercial projects.Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.Extremely high level of ownership.High learning aptitude.Good communication skills – verbal & written.About Us:We're a leading player in the home interiors and renovation industry, with a strong presence across Asia.
