Structural Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and analyzing structural elements within food and beverage manufacturing facilities.Key Responsibilities:Design and review structural components for new facilities, expansions, and equipment installations.Perform structural analysis and load calculations for buildings, mezzanines, pipe racks, and utility supports.Prepare and validate construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs in coordination with civil and architectural teams.Ensure compliance with local building codes, food industry standards, and safety regulations.Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to design specifications.Collaborate with project managers, equipment vendors, and contractors during planning and execution phases.Support feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessments for structural scopes.Maintain documentation for audits, approvals, and internal governance.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.Licensed Structural Engineer or equivalent certification preferred.Strong analytical, design, and project coordination skills; knowledge of hygiene and food-grade construction practices is beneficial.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A competitive compensation package.A comprehensive benefits program.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
