Cloud Contact Center Transformation ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cloud contact center transformations for major fintech clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and CTI consulting background, as well as the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.The role requires a strong foundation in contact center / CTI space, including at least 7 years of experience. Candidate must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, proven experience working in a consulting role for CTI transformation projects, and good understanding of AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.Lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environmentsWork with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsBuild backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIsIntegrate Amazon Connect with CRM and support systemsSupport user testing, deployment, and documentationTroubleshoot issues and improve existing contact flowsThis is a high-level role that demands expertise in multiple areas, from technology infrastructure to business strategy.
