About this RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist to lead our efforts in driving successful technology adoption for global enterprises.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent hands-on execution skills, able to build toolkits, partner closely with clients and act as a trusted advisor for large-scale procurement transformation.You will collaborate closely with Implementation, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to embed change management early in the project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Define enterprise-wide change management vision, methodology and standards for client implementations and internal initiatives.Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with implementation, product, sales and customer success teams to embed change management early in the project lifecycle.Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and Readiness Evaluations: Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and readiness evaluations for client organizations.Identify and Manage Change-Related Risks: Identify and manage change-related risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.Build and Maintain Scalable Change Management Toolkits: Build and maintain scalable change management toolkits, including readiness scorecards, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, user journey maps and training frameworks.RequirementsExperience: 8+ years of experience in change management, business transformation or organizational development with 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.Skills: Proven expertise designing and implementing end-to-end change management frameworks, exceptional communication skills, strong experience in user journey design, persona mapping and training program development.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.About ORO LabsORO is an innovative startup transforming procurement processes for leading enterprises.We offer a collaborative and flexible work culture with a focus on professional growth.Apply today to join our dynamic team shaping the future of procurement technology.
