This includes designing and building detailed 3D props, environments, and buildings, as well as texturing and optimizing them for real-time performance.The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender/Maya, Substance Painter, and ZBrush. Additionally, they should be familiar with PBR workflows, optimization techniques, and modular design principles.Modeling:Design and build complex 3D models using software such as Blender or Maya.Texturing and Optimization:Apply textures and materials to 3D models using Substance Painter.Optimize 3D models for real-time performance in Unreal Engine.Collaboration:Work closely with environment, lighting, and design teams to ensure consistency and coherence in visual style.Pipeline Improvement:Contribute to the improvement of pipelines and asset workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.Requirements include 4+ years of experience as a 3D Props Artist, strong artistic sense of scale, detail, and storytelling through props, and previous work on shipped mobile titles. Nice to Have includes familiarity with procedural tools or photogrammetry.
