Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solar Asset Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our solar energy assets in the UK, with the goal of maximizing energy production and financial returns.


The job responsibilities involve working with the UK Team, so candidates with strong English knowledge are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

🔋 Asset Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of solar energy assets using monitoring software and other tools.
  • Identify and address performance issues to optimize energy production.

🔧 Maintenance Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance for solar installations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

📊 Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate asset performance.
  • Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

📈 Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Communicate key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

⚠️ Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess risks, including technical, financial, and regulatory.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the long-term viability of assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy project management or asset management.
  • Familiarity with asset management software and tools.
  • Strong English proficiency
