Qualifications 

• Experience: 1+ years in solar design (AutoCAD proficiency required). Experience 

with SketchUp and Arka360 is an added bonus. 

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong 

multitasking skills. 

• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally with your two-wheeler and a valid license. 

• Location: We’re located in Bangalore, Kodigehalli. We’d prefer it if you're nearby. 

• Language: Knowing English and Kannada is a must; the more languages you know, 

the merrier. 


Your Role 

As a Solar Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing solar PV systems for 

residential and commercial clients. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: 

• Design Support: Use your AutoCAD skills to develop and refine solar PV designs, 

ensuring optimal system performance. 

• Site Visits: Travel to customer locations to perform site assessments and evaluate 

solar installation feasibility. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and installation teams to align design 

specifications with project requirements. 

• Proposal Drafting: Prepare detailed solar PV system proposals based on customer 

needs and design specifications. 

• Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless 

execution of design and installation plans. 


What You Bring 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics 

Engineering (EEE) or a relevant diploma. 

• CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems is a plus. 

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD (required), SketchUp, Arka360, Excel, and 

PowerPoint. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage both 

customers and internal teams. 

• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 

• Sustainability Enthusiast: Passion for renewable energy and the desire to make a 

positive impact.
