Job Title: Executive - POS and Communication
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
Location: Gurugram
Key Deliverables:
SEASONAL DÉCOR – Owner for Seasonal Décor/POS
- Adapting and designing seasonal décor/POS guidelines by aligning international direction and India product specification.
- Calculating Décor buy % with each season launch for all Bu’s and making a seasonal summary.
- Uploading new formats/ Artworks on Store IQ India for execution team’s easy access (RVM/AVM/Vendor) with each seasonal change.
- Provide all artworks support to vendors by resizing and adapting to printable formats.
- Collaborate with BNM for buy and inwards status for product allocation against visuals.
- Decor document role out with bought LFD, new POS & guidelines with BNM, Ecommerce, marketing, and regional stake holders 2 weeks in advance.
- Keeping track and ensuring seasonal production sheet for small format POS in all formats is refreshed, updated, maintained, and communicated with all key stakeholder as per principles with help of assigned AVMs.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT– Owner for Vendor assets sharing and all artwork deliveries.
- Coordinate to ensure that the design brief can be delivered effectively and appropriately to all print-based vendors
- Ensuring Uploads for all artworks in an easy and accessible on share drive and India store IQ sites.
- Executing vendor download on Seasonal Artworks deliveries two weeks in advance of any season launch.
- Vendor training and vendor assessment for all artwork tools within Store IQ.
- Negotiation of cost and approval as per the M&S policy.
- Ensure adherence of VM processes.
- NON-SEASONAL DÉCOR - Co-collaborator to ensure Non seasonal and Seasonal Décor Journey is driven by product alignment.
- Collaborating and coordinating all campaign & nonseasonal POS(Promos/Diwali/Mother’s day day/Father’s day /Black Friday/NLP) and communication for store deliveries.
- Building Toolkits for smaller nonseasonal directions for store direction and support.
WINDOW SET & SIZES - Adapter for UK guidelines
- Adapting window sets & sizes for India stores according to UK guidelines seasonally.
- Window Set & sizes brief from UK is correctly designed and interpreted for Indian market.
- Collaborating with Stylist for Product identification and visual alignment.
- Ensuring window visuals assets are developed with store-based requirement and allocation.
- Window S&S document role out with open and closed back window all ratio adaption and all assets specification with BNM, Ecommerce, marketing, and regional stake holders 2 weeks in advance.
OMNI CHANNEL DIRECTION – Driving in-store and online collaborations.
- Collaboration with ecomm for QR code creation. There by enabling store to ecomm customer traffic.
- Monthly maintenance of QR code conversion report.
- Driving the right direction for QR adaptations based on eye, buy, and high level.
Qualification/Experience:
- Fashion Graduates / Specialized VM degree or Graphic designing degree.
- Preferred- Fashion Graduate / Specialized VM degree/Marketing background with minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Graphic Designing background with knowledge of all designing applications.
