We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management.This role is responsible for identifying and developing reliable suppliers for materials and services, negotiating prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories, conduct market analysis and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness.The Procurement Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with production, planning, and quality teams for material requirements, monitoring supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery, and driving cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management, with a preference for an MBA/PGDM. You should also have 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, preferably in manufacturing.You will be responsible for maintaining procurement data, supplier records, and contracts in ERP, and will work closely with various teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take their career to the next level.
