Job Description:-Hiring a WebShop Manager In Gurugram branch of London based international Fashion Brand. Candidates Should be have Excellent Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Management Skills and a proven track record in the Fashion industry, must have minimum 3 yrs experience in digital media field.SummaryThe successful candidate will develop and implement the company E-Shop and web-based marketing strategy to promote the company brand, attract visitors and generateinternet salesJob Responsibility:-This is a full-time on-site role as a Web Shop Manager located in Gurugram. As a Web Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an online shop.Should have excellent grip on photoshop.Must have experience on web portals like – Shopify, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.Have good experience working on website backends, populating formats.Must have excelled model photoshoot image selection, touch-ups, catalogue layout and social media post making.Must have good sense of design related decisions as per seasonal theme.Candidates should be excellent Experience fashion Clothing and Fashion accessoriesplanning and further development of the shop appearanceStrong ability to work in a teamDeveloping and designing online and email marketing campaignsshould be extensive knowledge of the product range and the industryimprove conversion ratesmust always respond to emails and answer phone messages of Customer'sDefine company objectivesReview sales data and stock levelsOptimization of sales and increase conversion ratesAnalyze internal data and web analyticsDevelop pricing strategies for the e-commerce storeReturns managementDevelop SEO and SEM strategiesEvaluate website design and discuss plans to improveInitiate market research studiesProvide marketing or technical advice to clientsDirect the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
