About the job (Job Responsibilities)

  • Achieve annual sales results and business growth versus an annual plan from the established customer base, work on yearly sales plan for assigned business scope within the overall strategy.
  • Understand and assess customers’ needs, business objectives, strategies and build compelling customer value propositions representing our portfolio, define opportunities for new business, develop new account.
  • Manage and develop distributors under company rules to provide high quality product and service to end-customers and make sure healthy market competition in assigned area.
  • Serve as a lead contracts negotiation on commercial terms, coordinate internal departments to serve customer in best possible ways to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the central resource for communications with the customer on new product developments in the Nouryon portfolio.
  • Provide reliable sales forecast to ensure proper product availability planning.
  • Develop long term customer relationships. Brick-wall key accounts to fortify our company position at the key account.
  • Work on sales system and sales& market report on time and in quality.
  • Collect customer and market competition information to commercial, segment and MI manager, support market strategy development.
  • Ownership of customer complaint (OFI) resolution.
  • Cost control for defined area.


We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

  • University grad/Post Grad major in polymer chemicals.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in Agro Chemicals industry- Crop Protection and Surfactants applications
  • Good command of English. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills related particularly to customer interaction.
  • Able to work under high pressure and willing to travel frequently.
