Job Description
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Team Lead to drive our online presence and lead a dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team
- Develop and execute data-driven multi-channel marketing strategies
- Oversee content strategy across social media, email, and website
- Drive growth through SEO, PPC, and performance marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing automation and CRM strategies
- Lead influencer marketing and partnership initiatives
- Monitor and optimize marketing KPIs and ROI
- Guide AI-powered marketing automation and personalization efforts
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record in performance marketing and growth strategies
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools and data visualization
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with budget management and ROI optimization
Desired Skills:
- Experience with MarTech stack integration
- Knowledge of marketing compliance and data privacy regulations
- Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
