Associate - Pre Sales

Roles and Responsibilities- Call inbound and outbound leads to understand their business details.- Qualify leads based on criteria like business type, turnover, GST, etc.- Use a lead scoring sheet provided by the sales team.- Update lead status and notes in CRM or Google Sheets.- Tag leads as hot, disqualified, or nurture based on outcomes.- Schedule product demos or RM calls for qualified leads.- Coordinate closely with the Sales/BD team for smooth handovers.- Follow up with unresponsive leads via email or WhatsApp.- Give a high-level pitch of products like current accounts, credit lines, payouts, etc.- Answer basic queries using a pre-approved FAQ guide.- Share daily/weekly reports on - Calls made, Leads qualified, Leads handed over, Drop-off reasons.Skills and Qualifications- 0–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, BPO, or customer support- Internship experience in BFSI/startups is a bonus- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets- Good communication skills (spoken and written)- Ability to follow standard processes and keep things organized- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentPlease Note - We are looking for freshers / 1 year of experience in pre sales and calling.
