You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve system-wide quality challenges. With a high level of ownership and impact, your work will shape the future of banking.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: At least 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks in a product or platform environment.High Proficiency in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation, with deep knowledge of design patterns and reusable components.Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalents.A strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets, server-sent events).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Ai/Fintech Edge: Exposure to testing Ai/Ml systems (e.g., LLM, NLP, Chatbots) or fintech applications is a big plus.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and drive cross-team collaboration with compassion and clarity.Benefits:- Remote-first culture – Work from anywhere, with top-tier colleagues.- Be at the forefront of Ai innovation – Build game-changing products that shape the financial industry.- High ownership, high impact – Your work will define the future of banking.- Comprehensive Benefits – We take care of our people.
