Job Description:

• Should have good IT project management expertise (preferably of a product delivery)
• Outcome oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams
• Prior experience of leading minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory
• Banking project experience is mandatory
• Familiarity with technology (not a technical expert)
• Should have managed team size of 8-15 associates
• Strong communication skills
